Mike Redshaw has worked as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist since 2007. He has worked as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist for the NHS and private sectors in both Exeter and Plymouth since 2012. His high level roles within the NHS include Extended Scope Practitioner (ESP) in Orthopaedics and Musculoskeletal First Contact Practitioner (FCP). Within these roles he is able to access and refer for imaging, make any required referrals and offer corticosteroid injections and non-medical prescribing (prescribe medication). This is in addition to his reputable and strong rehabilitation skills. With his extensive knowledge he supports, mentors and guides front-line physiotherapists, helping them develop their expertise and improve their outcomes frequently. He has excellent connections with surgeons and GPs in both Exeter and Plymouth and an up-to-date knowledge of pathways and options available.

Mike Redshaw’s strong fitness and Personal Training background grew from his Sports Science degree BSc (Hons) in 2000 and his passion for Pilates came following his MSc (with licence to Practice Physiotherapy in 2006. This is why he is able to cater for all levels from your new exerciser, to your regular park runner, to your world championship competing athletes, to your transatlantic rower or sailor.

Becky Redshaw is a qualified APPI (The Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) Pilates Matwork Teacher. She is passionate about the power of Pilates and what it can do for you and has specialist training in Ante & Post Natal Pilates.
Becky leads the Ante & Post Natal Pilates programme and other Matwork beginner and intermediate classes. As a Mum to 3 energetic boys she understands how to get your body back in shape after pregnancy. She has always enjoyed sport and fitness and under Mike’s tuition has taken her training to new levels. In doing so she has gained an appreciation for the importance of correct movement, correct training intensity and how to progress to avoid injury. Coupled with her training from the APPI Becky is a key asset to our Pilates class programme.
Becky understands how to get your body and mind back in shape after pregnancy
She is passionate about healthy eating and her self taught knowledge keeps the family fuelled and on track. Becky understands the importance of correct nutrition and how important your mindset and attitude to food is, in order to help make positive changes that have that lasting impact. She is keen to share this and reach as many people as possible to achieve their goals, and help them create the best version of themselves both physically and mentally.
