We recommend a pre-assessment if you have an injury or are new to Pilates. It will help you pick the right class, and if any injuries are picked up, we can then supervise this closely during class and/or work with you on some treatment one-to-one if this is needed.
In pre-assessment we will look at your posture, joint movement, functional activities and balance. You will leave the session typically with 2-3 exercises to start to address what we find in the pre-assessment. Additionally, we will teach you the key principles of Pilates and how to apply them effectively to Pilates exercises.
