We offer one-to-one online coaching and face-to-face Physio-led PT Sessions (Personal Training Sessions) on site, from our studio in Crafthole, Torpoint, Cornwall. As an expert Personal Trainer, you are in the best hands. We will create an effective workout programme / exercise programme, Physio-led, tailored to your own unique needs. Our sessions are designed to help achieve your own personal fitness goals, so you can train the right way for your body. Keeping you in good form and focusing on particular areas that need attention whilst training or during certain exercises.
